Privacy Policy

By transferring personal data to the Operator through the use of the Site, the User gives his consent (voluntary and indefinite) to the use of personal data under the conditions set out in this Privacy Policy. This consent is conscious. The user consents to the processing of personal data freely, of his own free will and in his own interest. Consent is not written, since the Operator does not process special and biometric personal data. 1. Terms
   1. Website – a website located on the Internet at https://tuva-travel.com All exclusive rights to the Website and its individual elements (including software, design) belong to the Operator in full. The transfer of exclusive rights to the User is not the subject of this Privacy Policy.
   2. User is a person using the Site.
   3. Personal data is the User’s personal data that the User provides about himself independently in the process of using the Site.
   4. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without the use of such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

      • Phone number
      • Email
      • A country
   2. The processing of the above personal data is carried out by the Operator solely for the purpose of informing Users about the services provided by the Operator. Personal data is not distributed or transferred to third parties by the Operator.
3. Procedure for processing personal data
   1. The Operator undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the Federal Law “On Personal Data” No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 and this privacy policy.
   2. Confidentiality is maintained with respect to the User’s personal data, except in cases where the specified data is publicly available.
   3. The operator has the right to store personal information only on servers on the territory of the Russian Federation.
   4. The Operator has the right to transfer the User’s personal data without the User’s consent to the following persons:
      1. state bodies, including bodies of inquiry and investigation, and local government bodies upon their reasoned request;
      2. in other cases directly provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
   5. The operator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties not specified in clause 3.4. of this Privacy Policy in the following cases:
      1. The user has expressed his consent to such actions;
      2. the transfer occurs as part of the sale or other transfer of a business (in whole or in part), and all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy are transferred to the acquirer.
   6. The Operator receives personal data only to provide services to a specific User. The received personal data is not used for other purposes and is not transferred to anyone.
4. Protection of personal information
   1. The operator ensures proper protection of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data.
   2. To ensure the security of personal data during its processing, the Operator takes measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data.
   3. In order to ensure information security, the Operator takes the following measures to protect personal information:
      • mandatory use of firewalls and anti-virus systems;
      • Use of industry standard security measures.
5. Cookies
   1. The operator uses cookies. Cookies are small text files placed on the hard drives of Users’ devices while using various websites, designed to help customize the user experience according to Users’ preferences.
   2. Most browsers allow you to refuse to receive cookies and delete them from your device’s hard drive.
6. Other provisions
   1. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy are subject to the law of the Russian Federation.
   2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation at the place of registration of the Operator. Before going to court, the User must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send the relevant claim to the Operator in writing. The period for responding to a claim is 30 (thirty) working days.
   3. If for one reason or another one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.
   4. The Operator has the right to change the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally at any time without prior agreement with the User. All changes come into force the next day after they are posted on the Site.
   5. The user undertakes to independently monitor changes in the Privacy Policy by familiarizing himself with the current version.
